At Coop Sleep Goods, we want you to love your rest, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial to ensure your new bedding is the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges to help you find your dream sleep setup.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in a secure box and drop them off at the designated carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
