We want you to love your sleep. You can try our pillows and bedding for 100 nights, and if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund.
How do I adjust my Coop pillow?
Every pillow comes with a bag of extra fill. You can add or remove the memory foam and microfiber blend to achieve the exact height and firmness that suits your sleeping position.
Are your products GREENGUARD Gold certified?
Yes, our pillows are GREENGUARD Gold and CertiPUR-US certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and meet strict standards for low chemical emissions.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I wash my Coop pillow?
Yes, the outer cover is machine washable. We recommend washing the inner liner with the fill inside only when necessary, using a delicate cycle and ensuring it is completely dry.
